With comprehensive market knowledge, a well-established global network, and many years of experience in the healthcare sector, we support clinics, practices, dealers, and medical facilities worldwide in the procurement and marketing of high-quality medical technology.

In addition to the traditional buying and selling of used equipment, JeCoNet offers a wide range of services related to the professional marketing of medical and hospital technology. These include, among other things, the valuation of individual devices or entire inventories, the structured handling of practice and clinic liquidations, consignment sales, and national and international export organization including logistics and customs clearance.

Services for customers

JeCoNet trades and handles the processing of used medical and hospital equipment. Initially, JeCoNet offers hospitals in the central Ruhr region a unique full-service solution. JeCoNet manages the complete, optimal, and timely marketing of all a hospital's technical equipment. This service begins with recording the technical details. Furthermore, a fair selling price is agreed upon with the hospital for each piece of equipment. JeCoNet handles the entire marketing process, including delivery to the respective buyers.

Furthermore, JeCoNet also handles the marketing of the complete inventory of a closed clinic. Due to its large client base, JeCoNet has already successfully marketed the majority of the inventory from several closed clinics.

Condition & Maintenance Intervals

JeCoNet Medizintechnik eGbR offers used and new medical and household appliances worldwide. A large portion of the used medical equipment originates from medical facilities and, where required, has been regularly serviced and inspected in accordance with applicable legal regulations.

Since the EU Medical Device Regulation (MDR) and the German Medical Devices Act (MPDG) came into force, medical devices in Germany are subject to strict regulatory requirements. Where necessary, the devices were maintained and safety-checked by manufacturers, authorized specialist companies, or authorized service providers during their period of use.

All devices offered by JeCoNet are – taking into account their age and intended use – in a technically functional condition, unless otherwise described.
