Since we deal in used medical technology, we offer a functional guarantee on our products upon delivery.

This guarantee means that the device is fully functional upon delivery and meets the described technical specifications. Should a device not function properly upon arrival, please inform us immediately. In this case, you will of course receive a refund of the purchase price after inspection.

The warranty relates exclusively to functionality at the time of delivery and does not constitute any further warranty of durability or long-term performance.

The actual shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions, quantity, delivery location and the current logistical conditions.

Orders received by 10:00 AM on weekdays are often shipped on the same business day for small appliances and accessories.
For larger devices or bulky systems, shipping usually takes place within 1-2 working days , depending on the current order volume.

Delivery times from dispatch:

• Germany: usually 3–4 working days
• EU countries: usually 7–10 working days
• International (outside the EU): delivery time depends on the destination country and the respective logistical conditions.

A binding delivery date can only be provided after individual consultation .
