The Dräger Vapor 2000 is used for the dosing of sevoflurane within a compatible anesthesia or anesthetic system. Compared to the previous Dräger Vapor 19 series, the Vapor 2000 offers, among other things, a practical "T" transport position as well as further design-related safety and convenience functions.
In the transport position, the vaporization chamber is disconnected from the gas flow and the venting is closed. This allows the Vapor to be transported according to the manufacturer's specifications without having to be completely emptied beforehand.
