The Maquet Getinge Datascope CS300 is a professional intra-aortic balloon pump (IABP) for temporary mechanical circulatory support in patients with severe heart failure or cardiogenic shock. The system is used in cardiac catheterization laboratories, intensive care units, and cardiac surgery operating rooms and supports heart function through diastolic counterpulsation.
The CS300 combines modern fiber optic technology with automatic in-vivo calibration, allowing for a particularly rapid start of therapy and precise and reliable pressure measurement. The system can be operated with both fiber optic Maquet IAB catheters and conventional fluid-filled balloon catheters.

Delivery times
Orders received by 10:00 AM on weekdays are often shipped on the same business day for small appliances and accessories.
For larger devices or bulky systems, shipping usually takes place within 1-2 working days , depending on the current order volume.
Delivery times from dispatch:
- Germany: usually 3–4 working days
- EU countries: usually 7–10 working days
- International (outside the EU): delivery time depends on the destination country and the respective logistical conditions.
