Nexus IB10 DX Immunoassay Analyzer – professional fully automatic Point-of-Care (POC) diagnostic system for the quantitative determination of biomarkers from whole blood or plasma. The device is used in acute diagnostics, intensive care medicine, and emergency medicine, delivering clinically relevant results within the shortest possible time directly at the patient's bedside.
The Nexus IB10 operates with innovative microfluidic test disk technology, which automatically processes blood, separates plasma, and then performs immunological measurements entirely within a closed system.
Principle of Operation / Technology
- Fully automated immunoassay analysis on test disk
- Microfluidics + centrifugal technology for plasma preparation in the device
- No external sample preparation required
- Closed system workflow to minimize operating errors
- Integrated optical measurement of immune reactions
- Results displayed in approx. 20 minutes
The system automatically performs all steps:
Blood preparation → Reaction → Incubation → Measurement → Result output.

Delivery times
Orders received by 10:00 AM on weekdays are often shipped on the same business day for small appliances and accessories.
For larger devices or bulky systems, shipping usually takes place within 1-2 working days , depending on the current order volume.
Delivery times from dispatch:
- Germany: usually 3–4 working days
- EU countries: usually 7–10 working days
- International (outside the EU): delivery time depends on the destination country and the respective logistical conditions.
