It is primarily used to compensate for height differences between various device components (e.g., Ventilator and Gas Unit) and to create a stable mounting surface.

Furthermore, it can be used as a base for mounting a storage tray (e.g., on the Sulla unit).

The actual shipping costs depend on weight, dimensions, quantity, delivery location and the current logistical conditions.

Delivery times

Orders received by 10:00 AM on weekdays are often shipped on the same business day for small appliances and accessories.
For larger devices or bulky systems, shipping usually takes place within 1-2 working days , depending on the current order volume.

Delivery times from dispatch:

  • Germany: usually 3–4 working days
  • EU countries: usually 7–10 working days
  • International (outside the EU): delivery time depends on the destination country and the respective logistical conditions.

A binding delivery date can only be provided after individual consultation .
